    We offer: Design and planning, Construction and renovation, Formwork sale and rental, Construction equipment sale and rental.

  • What are the costs for architectural and/or interior design?

    Architectural design costs start from 2,500 AMD per m², depending on the building area, project scope, complexity, and other factors. Interior design costs start from 5,000 AMD per m², depending on the building area, project scope, complexity, and other factors. Architectural design and interior design prices can be discounted up to 50% when construction or renovation is carried out by Accurate Group.

  • What is the cost of construction per m²?

    We divide construction costs into 2, often 3 phases. Phase 1 – reinforced concrete frame – cost per m²: 60,000 – 75,000 AMD, Phase 2 – walls and roof: exterior and interior wall masonry, leveling works, roofing – cost per m²: from 30,000 AMD, Phase 3 – final finishing: utility installation (water, sewage, heating, electricity), interior finishing, etc. – cost per m²: from 50,000 AMD.

  • How to rent or buy your formwork?

    To rent and/or purchase concrete formwork, please contact us by email, phone, or visit our office or write to us online.

  • What documents are required for rental?

    For legal entities: company registration certificate, construction permit, director's passport. For individuals: construction permit (land ownership certificate), passport. If necessary, the company may request additional documents.

  • Do you provide delivery service?

    Yes. For bulk rental and/or purchase, delivery within Yerevan is free.

  • Where is your company located?

    Our office is located at Yerevan, Nairi Zaryan 21/98, and our warehouse at Kotayk Region, Yeghvard, Shiraki 43/1.
