Responsibilities Quantity take-off of projects, material consumption calculations, preparation of cost estimates, schedules, and tender documentation Verification and comparison of estimated and actual project expenses Preparation of as-built and concealed works documentation Formwork calculations, planning of work processes, and preparation of progress reports Requirements Higher professional education in Civil Engineering / Construction (PGS) At least 3 years of experience in capital construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, knowledge of construction standards and material-technical resources Willingness to visit construction sites, travel for business trips, and work overtime Strong communication and interpersonal skills Having a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage
